No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under normal circumstances.
Exceptions
The only exception is for products that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@fansignstime.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Important Notes
- Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
